Redefining Metal Sheet Fabrication

Traditionally, metal sheet fabrication relies on stamping and molding. This process requires expensive, custom-designed dies and molds for each unique part. The lead time for these molds can be lengthy, hindering production agility. Machina Labs is upending this process with their robotic craftsman.

From Prototype to Production: The Machina Journey

Machina Labs was founded by a team with experience from leading companies like SpaceX and Relativity Space. They identified a critical bottleneck in traditional manufacturing: the inflexibility and high cost associated with conventional tooling.

Their vision was to create a system that could adapt to changing designs and produce parts on-demand. This would not only streamline production but also unlock entirely new design possibilities.
