Triple-S Steel Holdings, inc. Acquires Griffin Trade Group, LP.

Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. of Houston is pleased to announce the acquisition of Griffin Trade Group, LP. effective April 29, 2024. Founded in 2004 and also headquartered in Houston, Griffin Trade Group is a carbon steel plate distributor serving diverse end-markets nationwide. Griffin’s team has over 200 years of combined experience in the steel industry. The company has stocking locations in Texas and Oklahoma.

Tom Devore Jr, General Manager of Griffin Trade Group, stated:
“For 20 years, Griffin Trade Group has had the opportunity to establish long-term relationships with our customers and vendors. Our core values of faith, family, and service are the foundation of these relationships. We’re truly honored and thrilled to become a part of Triple-S, a company that exemplifies these very same values with distinction. Not only will this enable Griffin to maintain exceptional service for our customers, but it will also fuel exponential growth alongside Triple-S.”

Gary Stein, CEO of Triple-S, stated:
